I am teaching a Rowan Global online, hybrid or LMS requested course. How do I get technical assistance?

If you require assistance or support at any time during instruction of your course, please contact your assigned Instructional Designer (ID) directly via email or phone. Rowan Online Tech Support (phone-based support line for students) is provided for our students, but not recommended for our faculty. To learn how to use Canvas and other software, search the Knowledgebase. The Knowledgebase contains a wide variety of articles with detailed step-by-step instructions.

Should you have an urgent issue over an evening or weekend, please submit an online support ticket.
