My Rowan student email (Gmail) account is being redirected to an unknown email address

If your Rowan Student Gmail account is being forwarded to another email account (i.e. Hotmail), but you did NOT set that up, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Login to your Rowan student email (Gmail) account. Your Gmail InBox should appear.
  2. Go to the Settings button (Gear icon) in the top right-hand corner, and click on Settings from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Click on the Accounts & Import tab
  4. If another email account(s) is listed under the Send mail as or Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) sections, remove it by clicking Delete next to the account you wish to disable. 

If another email account(s) was listed under the Send mail as or Check mail from other accounts (using POP3) sections, but you did NOT set it up, change your Rowan Network Account password immediately. Click here to learn how to change your Rowan Network Account password.
