Getting Started Guide for New Rowan Global Students

Note: Rowan Online is a division of Rowan Global Learning & Partnerships. This guide is for new Rowan Global students.
Part 1: Login to the Rowan Online Portal
Can't login to the Portal? If you're having trouble logging in, go to the Rowan Online Portal and click on Trouble Logging In? Complete the form and a member of the Rowan Online Support Team will reply within one business day or less.
Part 2: Login to Rowan Self-Service (Banner)
Once you've activated your Rowan Network Account, students should login to Rowan Self-Service (Banner). Rowan Self-Service allows you to verify registration, view your grades and transcripts, pay tuition, and much more. Note: Requires Rowan ID and PIN to login.
Part 3: Login to Your Rowan Student Email (Gmail)
Email is the preferred mode of correspondence for online courses. All Rowan students must check their issued Rowan Student Email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Rowan student email is hosted by Google. Important information and broadcast messages from Rowan University, Rowan Global, and instructors are delivered via this email address. Note: Requires Rowan username and password to login.
Part 4: Login to Rowan Global's Learning Management System (LMS)
Rowan Global is currently using an LMS called Canvas. Note: Requires Rowan username and password to login.
Part 5: Complete the Rowan Online Student Orientation Course
The Rowan Online Orientation is an introduction to online learning at Rowan University. It is designed to help students prepare to take an online program or individual online or hybrid course with Rowan Global Learning & Partnerships.
