If you are receiving the error message, "Google Docs Error: This error has been reported to Google and we'll look in it as soon as possible" when trying to view course materials (i.e. Syllabus, Rowan Online Standard Policies, Weekly Overviews, etc), follow the instructions listed below. This appears to be a browser-related issue with Google Docs. Many course documents, including the Syllabus, Weekly Overviews, Rowan Online Standard Policies and FAQs, are created in Google Docs and linked to your online and hybrid course. To fix this issue, download and use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (if you have not done so already), and clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Note: We do not recommend using Internet Explorer when accessing and using Canvas. Internet Explorer is not compatible with Canvas.

How to Download Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome

If you do not have Firefox or Google Chrome already installed on your computer, click on the links below and follow the on-screen instructions to install.
