How do I submit an online support ticket?

If you've searched the Knowledgebase and cannot find the answer to your question or technical issue, please submit an online support ticket by following the instructions below.

How to Submit an Online Support Ticket

The following instructions are for Rowan Global students and faculty.

  1. After logging in to the Rowan Online Portal, and click on Support.
  2. On the Request Support page, type in a question or describe the issue you are experiencing (i.e. How do I submit an assignment?).

  3. A list of related Knowledgebase articles will appear.

  4. Click on the title of an article to view it. The article will open in a pop-up window. 
    • To close the window, click on the X in the bottom right-hand corner. 
  5. If none of the articles answer your question or relate to your issue, click on the Click here to submit a ticket button at the bottom.

  6. In the Message text box, describe the issue you are experiencing in detail. Please be specific as possible so that a member of the Rowan Online Advanced Support Team can assist you.

  7. Click Submit when finished.

How to View Support Tickets You've Submitted

  1. After logging in to the Rowan Online Portal, and click on Support.
  2. To view your support tickets, click on My Tickets.

  3. A list of recent open and closed support tickets will appear. 
  4. Click on the title of the Subject in the Subject column, and all available correspondence will appear.
  5. To view your entire ticket history, click on the View Ticket History button
