How do I verify my class list in Rowan Self-Service (Banner)?

Instructors must verify their class list in the LMS their course is using (i.e. Canvas) with that in Rowan Self-Service (Banner). The information you access in Banner regarding your class list will always be the most official and up-to-date version. After Week 1 of your course, check that you're getting interaction from all the students on your class list and contact those students who seem to be missing.

What if students have not participated by the end of Week 1?
Contact globalacademic@rowan.edu with any concerns about a specific student (i.e. Students not participating, a student has not accessed the course by the end of Week 1, etc).

How to Verify Class List
You are expected to verify your class list officially in Banner. That date is posted by the Registrar's office and you should receive notification about this requirement. Directions for verifying class lists in Banner are provided on the Registrar's website and in this downloadable PDF - How to Verify Class List. Canvas automatically manages enrollment. Students who add/drop will be enrolled or un-enrolled (respectively) from your course in Canvas within 24 hours.
